At Moonrise K Beauty, we understand the importance of a seamless shopping experience, which is why we have carefully crafted our shipping and returns policy to ensure your satisfaction. Read on to learn more about our shipping process and how we handle returns.

Shipping

When you place an order with us, we strive to process and ship it as quickly as possible. Our dedicated team works diligently to ensure that your package is carefully packed and dispatched within 1-2 business days.

Business hours span Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM Irish Time, excluding  bank holidays. 

We offer free shipping on all orders over EUR 100 within Ireland. For orders below EUR 100, shipping rate will based on the delivery service chosen, and the shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This allows you to easily track the progress of your package and estimate its arrival date.

Returns

While we strive to provide you with the best products, we understand that sometimes returns may be necessary. 

If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving your order. Our friendly team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number.

For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused products. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Parcel rejected or not collected

If your order is returned because it was rejected at the moment of delivery or it was not collected within the allotted timeframe, we will issue a refund deducting the shipping fee from the total amount.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or items that are opened and used.

 

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly exchange the item for a new one at no additional cost to you.

Please note that exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a refund for the returned item instead.
